Chief’s Community Advisory Team
• Welcoming new group to the Chief’s Community
Advisory Team
• Independent group of community members
selected by City Manager Smith to provide
feedback on police department policies,
procedures, and community expectations.
2 C-CAT Team Mission
The Chief’s Community Advisory Team (C-CAT) is
designed to be a bridge between the community
and the Santa Rosa Police Department. It will
facilitate and enhance communication and the
relationship between the Police Department and
the community. The Team will assist in informing
the Police Chief of the broader community’s
concerns and views regarding public safety, thus
guiding the focus of law enforcement services.
