Please include the attached photos with the agenda packet. I may or may not get to appear in person so I am submitting this commentary ahead of time online in case I don't make it. In any event getting the photos into the public record for the meeting is an objective in submitting this.
The photos were taken July 26, 2025 and are all believed to be within the city limits of Santa Rosa.
As we all know Santa Rosa has a weed ordinance prohibiting grass and weeds over 4 inches but with conditions and exceptions and it gets enforced in an unfair and capricious manner with many good citizens getting hit with heavy fines.
These attached photos show Paul Lowenthal's handiwork when it comes to weed ordinance enforcement. This is all A-OK, in full compliance.
