NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF FINAL MAP
The Final Map of Kawana Village Subdivision was submitted on April 22, 2025, to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Kawana Village Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Kawana Village Subdivision is located on the south side of Kawana Terrace, east of Franz Kafka Avenue, west of Pern Place and Meda Avenue. Kawana Village Subdivision is 4.78 acres and will be subdivided into 39 lots
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of August 5, 2025.
