NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF FINAL MAP
The Final Map of Cherry Ranch Subdivision was submitted on June 17, 2025 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Cherry Ranch Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Cherry Ranch Subdivision is located at the east side of Fresno Avenue, south of Sebastopol Rd and north of Finley Avenue. Cherry Ranch is 6.64 acres and will be subdivided into 67 lots.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of August 19, 2025.
