NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF FINAL MAP
The Final Map of Roseland Village Phase 2 Subdivision was submitted on July 28, 2025, to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Roseland Village Phase 2 Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Roseland Village Phase 2 Subdivision is located on the north side of Sebastopol Road, west of Dutton Avenue and east of McMinn Avenue. Roseland Village Phase 2 Subdivision is east of Roseland Village Subdivision Phase 1. Roseland Village Phase 2 Subdivision is three Lots and 1 Remainder Lot equaling 4.44 acres.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of August 19, 2025.
