RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-142
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA BID AWARD APPROVAL - MOBILE MODULAR BUILDING TO MOBILE MODULAR MANAGEMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, On August 22, 2023, Council approved an application to the “Fiscal Year 2022 California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services’ EOC Grant Program” (the Grant) for retrofitting and upgrading the designated City facility as an EOC; and WHEREAS, In May of 2025 the Purchasing Division of the Finance Department received a request from the Santa Rosa Fire Department (SRFD) to issue a solicitation for the purchase of one mobile modular building; and WHEREAS, On June 11, 2025, the City of Santa Rosa issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-50 for the purchase of one mobile modular building; and WHEREAS, On July 2, 2025, Invitation for Bid 25-50 closed and Mobile Modular Management Corporation, Livermore, California was determined as the lowest responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves issuance of a purchase order to Mobile Modular Management Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves award for IFB 25-03 for the purchase of one mobile modular building to Mobile Modular Management Corporation, and issuance of a purchase order in the amount not to exceed $132,271.50.
