RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-146
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AND 425 HUMBOLDT, LLC FOR THE USE OF PARKING GARAGE 3 WHEREAS, 425 Humboldt, LLC desires to provide parking for residents of its proposed mixed-use development located at 425 Humboldt Street; and WHEREAS, 425 Humboldt, LLC desires to use the City’s Parking Garage 3 located at located at 735 5th Street to provide residential parking; and WHEREAS, 425 Humboldt, LLC has requested the option to purchase up to 176 non-reserved permits at Garage 3 to provide for residential tenants at 425 Humboldt Street; and WHEREAS, the City is willing to make available up to 176 non-reserved permits at Garage 3 to 425 Humboldt, LLC; and WHEREAS, this project furthers the City Council goal of meeting housing needs by providing parking that supports the proposed residential project located at 425 Humboldt Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Parking Agreement Between the City of Santa Rosa and 425 Humboldt, LLC for the Use of Parking Garage 3, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
