RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-163
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA REVISING CITY COUNCIL MANUAL OF PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS WHEREAS, the City Council Manual of Procedures and Protocols is reviewed from time to time and revisions are brought forward to Council for approval; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk and City Attorney recommend that Council approve removal of Section IX(C)3 entitled “Reading” which requires reading of ordinance titles before further reading is waived.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa adopts the revised City Council Manual of Procedures and Protocols attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution will take effect only if and when ORD-2025-012, amending Chapter 1-08 of the Santa Rosa City Code takes effect.
