NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF FINAL MAP
The Final Map of Dutton Meadow Subdivision was submitted on September 18, 2025 to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Dutton Meadow Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Dutton Meadow Subdivision is located on the east side of Dutton Meadow, south of Hearn Avenue and north of Tuxhorn Drive and Pebblecreek Drive. Dutton Meadow Subdivision is 18.42 acres and will be subdivided into 137 lots and 3 common area parcels.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of October 21, 2025.
