RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-168
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002714A WITH PENA INVESTIGATIONS FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK SERVICES WHEREAS, the City has a need for continued background check services for the Fire Department; and WHEREAS, the City has used Pena Investigations successfully to complete this work on an ongoing basis; and WHEREAS, Pena Investigations has resources to continue to accommodate the City’s need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves and delegates authority to the City Manager to sign the Second Amendment to Professional Service Agreement Number F002714A between City of Santa Rosa and Pena Investigations for a two-year period with three one-year extension options in an amount of $125,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $224,000.
