Chair Fleming called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Present: (2) Council Member Banuelos and Chair Fleming

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3.1 April 2, 2025 - Regular Meeting Minutes - DRAFT
Duane DeWitt asked that public comments be printed for each meeting.
The April 2, 2025 meeting minutes were approved as submitted.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Duane DeWitt spoke regarding the need to keep trees.
5. DEPARTMENT REPORTS
Peter Martin, Deputy Director - Water Resources, introduced Alicia Quilici who has been promoted into the Energy and Sustainability Coordinator position and will become the Staff Liaison for Climate Action Subcommittee.
Duane DeWitt asked that Alicia's contact information be provided.

6.1 UPDATE ON COMMUNITY CLIMATE ACTION PLAN AND MUNICIPAL
CLIMATE ACTION PLAN IMPLEMENTATION

June 4, 2025Climate Action Subcommittee Meeting Minutes - Draft Staff will provide an update on the calendar year 2024 implementation of action items identified in the 2012 Community Climate Action Plan (CCAP) and 2013 Municipal Climate Action Plan (MCAP). Staff will also provide an update on the future Greenhouse Gas Reduction Strategy that is being incorporated into the 2050 General Plan Update. The committee may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
