1 BACKGROUND
• Rate increase to be 3.7%
• Standard 20-gallon cart for residents going
from $35.09 to $36.39
• Standard 32-gallon cart for residents going
from $39.46 to $40.92
• Increase is within standard rate for area
2 RECOMMENDATION
3 The Transportation and Public Works
Department recommends that the Council,
by motion, approve a 3.7% rate increase for
City of Santa Rosa customers of Recology
Sonoma Marin effective January 1, 2026.
