FIRST AMENDMENT
TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F008324
WITH QUALITY CODE PUBLISHING, LLC FOR CODIFICATION SERVICES This First Amendment to Agreement number F008324, dated October 28, 2005, ("Agreement") is made as of this F14 day of Tuly, 2014, by and between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Quality Code Publishing, LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company ("Contractor").
RECITALS
A. City and Contractor entered into the Agreement for Contractor to provide City Code codification services, City Code and Zoning supplements, electronic code publishing and internet hosting, City Code indexing, legal analysis and code reviews, and related services.
B. City and Contractor now desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of increasing the per page rate for printed supplements and lowering the number of supplements provided.
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 2. Compensation
Effective July 1, 2014, Section 2(a) (A) of the Agreement is amended to increase the compensation payable to Contractor under the Agreement to read as follows:
"A. SUPPLEMENT SERVICES.
City Code supplement charge per page (65 copies) $20.50 Zoning Code supplement charge per page (45 copies) $20.50" All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
