SECOND AMENDMENT
TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F008324
WITH QUALITY CODE PUBLISHING, LLC
This Second Amendment to Agreement number F008324, dated July 7, 2014 ("Agreement") is made as of this22d day of July, 2019, by and between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Quality Code Publishing, LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company ("Consultant").
RECITALS

City and Consultant entered into the Agreement for Consultant to provide City Code codification services, City Code and Zoning supplements, electronic code publishing and internet hosting, City Code indexing, legal analysis and code reviews, and related services.
City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of increasing compensation.
AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 2. Compensation
Effective July 1, 2017, Section 2(a)(A) of the Agreement is amended to increase the compensation payable to Contractor under the Agreement to read as follows:
A. "SUPPLEMENT SERVICES
City Code supplement charge per page $21.50."
All other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
