RESOLUTION NO. RES-2026-002
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002772 WITH CHRISTINA GOSSNER FOR EMS CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR SERVICES WHEREAS, the City has a need for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) continuous quality improvement coordinator services; and WHEREAS, the City has used Christina Gossner (Consultant) successfully to complete this work on an ongoing basis beginning with the Professional Services Agreement Number F002772 dated February 15, 2024. A First Amendment to the Agreement was executed on February 11, 2025 adding funds and time of performance; and WHEREAS, Consultant has resources to continue to accommodate the City’s need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council approves the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002772 in an amount of $166,233, for a total contract amount not to exceed $265,000 and to extend the time of performance to February 15, 2028.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and to execute all such amendments and any necessary documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
