7. Circumstances of the occurrence or transaction which gave rise to the claim asserted:
At the above-listed place and time, officers from the Santa Rosa Police Department entered the home of Ms. Gedaro while she and her family were sleeping. The entry was made without warrant, exigency, or other legal justification.
8. Name or names of the public employee or employees causing the injury, damage, or loss if known:
The officers are believed to be Andres Lindsay and Alexis Flores Lopez.
9. Claimants’ injuries include:
Emotional distress.
10. Potential claims include, but are not limited to:
Unlawful search and seizure, Negligence, Trespass, Invasion of Privacy.
11. Dollar amount of damages claimed:
Claims are in excess of $25,000.00.
