he California Municipal Finance Authority is requesting a TEFRA Hearing be held f or New Del Nido, L.P., regarding the Project. The Project is a qualified residential rental project located at 850 Russell Avenue in the City of Santa Rosa. The Project consists of 206 apartment units across 20 one-story buildings. The maximum bond issuance amount requested is $5,000,000, issued by the California Municipal Finance Authority.
