Subject: [EXTERNAL] 04/21 0900 Massage Ordinance Compliance and Enforcement Update - Great News
Attachments: 04-21-2026 Public Safety Subcommittee Agenda - with Links.pdf To: Concerned Citizens Group (citizens bcc'ed for privacy):
Police Chief Cregan and Director Gabe Osburn will present an update on SR City Massage Ordinance compliance and enforcement actions this Tuesday, 04/21, at 9:00 AM in the City Council chambers (see attached agenda).
Our SRPD, Code Enforcement, and partner agencies — including the FBI — have been working diligently to address illicit massage businesses. Their efforts are reflected in numerous felony arrests, business closures, and other enforcement actions.
Please join me on Tuesday morning to publicly thank and support Chief Cregan, Director Osburn, and others making a difference. If you cannot attend in person, the agenda includes instructions to view the meeting remotely.
It's wonderful to live in such a caring community. Kudos to Santa Rosa!! Kurtis

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Illicit massage businesses
Dear members of the public safety subcommittee,
I cannot attend your meeting tomorrow morning, but I wanted to thank you for your efforts combating illicit massage businesses in Santa Rosa. You are making a positive difference in the quality of life of Santa Rosa residents who live in and around midtown, and I hope also in the lives of women who may be trafficked.
With appreciation,
Sarah Botz
