NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL REVIEW A REQUEST TO PRE-ZONE ONE PARCEL LOCATED AT 1977 MARSH ROAD TO ALLOW FOR FUTURE SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION FROM THE CITY, TO ALLOW FOR BUILDING OF AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT IN THE FUTURE. ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 036035011 - FILE NUMBER PLN25-0580.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at or after 5:00 P.M. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comments and recommendations prior to the City Council acting on the requested application.
Members of the public may join the meeting in person, through Zoom or by phone using the meeting access information below. Public comments will only be accepted in-person; comments will not be accepted from those attending via Zoom.
