THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, REZONING, TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE SPRING LAKE VILLAGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, AND CERTIFICATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) FOR A PROPOSED PROJECT CONSISTING OF 32 INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING UNITS, LOCATED AT 225 LOS ALAMOS ROAD AND 5815, 5803 MELITA ROAD - ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBERS 031-101-034, 031-101-035, 031-101-026 - FILE NUMBER MJP14-012.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday May 12, 2026, at or after 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment and recommendations prior to the City Council acting on the requested application.
