RESOLUTION NO. RES-2026-062
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPOINTING A CITY ATTORNEY AND APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY POSITION WHEREAS, City Attorney Teresa Stricker resigned from her position as City Attorney effective June 2, 2026; and WHEREAS, on May 15, 2026, the City Council selected Ashle Crocker for appointment to the position of City Attorney, effective June 3, 2026; and WHEREAS, the City Council and Ashle Crocker have reached agreement regarding the terms and conditions of employment, as set forth in the Employment Agreement – City Attorney attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa hereby appoints Ashle Crocker to the position of City Attorney, effective June 3, 2026, and approves the Employment Agreement – City Attorney in substantially the same form as Exhibit A attached hereto.
