RE: Preliminary Increased Award Announcement – 2017 CDBG Disaster Recovery (DR) Mitigation Resilient (MITRIP) Infrastructure Program, City of Santa Rosa – Contract No. 17-DRMIT-17003
The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is pleased to announce that the City of Santa Rosa (Awardee) has been notified of a preliminary increase in their award for the 2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Program (DR) in the amount of $1,496,623.27 for a total award of $35,484,656.46. This letter constitutes notice of the designation of DR funds for the Awardee.
The Awardee will be able to draw down funds when an authorizing resolution has been updated to include the increased award amount, the Master Standard Agreement Amendment (MSA) is fully executed, and HCD approves eligible expenses for the Fire Damaged Roadways Resiliency Improvement project.
HCD intends to amend the MSA on file within 150 days of receipt of the documentation required to execute this contract.
