agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction of this subcommittee. The public may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed up to three minutes.
Live Public Comment: Members of the public can provide comment on an agenda item in-person from the Municipal Services Center South located at 69 Stony Circle in Room 5.
Advance E-mail Public Comment: To submit an e-mailed public comment to the Budget Review Subcommittee, please send to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 9, 2026. Identify in the
subject line of your e-mail the agenda item number(s) on which you wish to comment, provide your name in the body of the e-mail and your comment.
Comments received by the deadline will be e-mailed to all Subcommittee Members, will be posted to the agenda documents on-line, and be made part of the archive packet.

REVISED MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND CHARGES
Staff will present Santa Rosa Water’s revised miscellaneous fees and charges for providing specific services and request a recommendation from the subcommittee on the proposed fees and charges for the Board’s consideration at a public hearing which will take place at its meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026.
