AB 1761 – Electricity: Calculation Methodology; Nonbypassable Charges; Data Disclosure SB 692 – Vehicles: Homelessness
AB 2047 – Firearms: Three-Dimensional Printing Blocking Technology Coalition Letter Regarding the Wildfire Liability Proposal The three state bills are also attached for reference. These matters are consistent with the priorities identified in the City’s adopted 2026 state and federal legislative platforms.
