CITY OF SANTA ROSA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL WILL REVIEW AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION’S DENIAL OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN APPROXIMATELY 850-SQUARE-FOOT DRIVE-THROUGH BUILDING AS AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING DEL VALLE MEXICAN RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 2000 SEBASTOPOL ROAD - ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 035-113-044 - FILE NUMBER CUP23-041 (PRJ23-008).
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at or after 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comments and recommendations prior to the City Council acting on the appeal.
The appeal was filed by Pedro Martinez Navarro and Luz M. Navarro de Martinez.
