Gun Buyback Event
• The Police Department partnered with the Santa Rosa Police Foundation to host a gun buyback program on October 3,
2026.
• We collected a total of 583 firearms
• 198 handguns
• 353 rifles and shotguns
• 17 assault weapons
• 15 ghost guns
• The Santa Rosa Police Foundation raised all funds that were provided.
