RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F003164 WITH CIVIC CALLING CORPORATION DBA HOLLY FOR LABOR COSTING MODULE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT WHEREAS, on November 17, 2025, the City Manager approved Professional Services Agreement Number F003164 with Civic Calling Corporation dba Holly for Classification and Compensation Platform Services in an amount not to exceed $96,000; and WHEREAS, the City is preparing for labor negotiations with all 14 bargaining units beginning in January 2027; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources and Finance Departments recommend adding Holly’s labor-costing module to support real-time costing and analysis during the upcoming labor negotiations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F003164 with Civic Calling Corporation dba Holly, increasing compensation by $22,500 for a total not to exceed amount of $118,500 for the use of the labor costing module for the period of October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute the First Amendment on behalf of the City.
