The sole purpose of this Notice is to advise the public that a quorum or more of the City Council may be in attendance at the Community Workshop. If a quorum or more does attend, no City Council action will be taken. (Gov. Code § 54956)

PLEASE NOTE: Public Comment will be limited to 3 minutes.
