Call to Order
Present: Mayor John W. Minto and Councilmember Laura Koval.
The Special Meeting was called to order by Councilmember Koval at 6:00 p.m.
2. Town Hall Meeting - District 4
Councilmember Koval provided a PowerPoint presentation and spoke about fiscal responsibility, public safety, homeless outreach, defensible space and river corridor, roads and infrastructure, business growth, active developments projects, the Arts and Entertainment District, Community Center, senior programs, military support, and various awards received by the City and staff during fiscal year 2023- Fire Chief Justin Matsushita assisted in with Councilmember Koval's PowerPoint presentation regarding updates for the City of Santee Fire Department.
Public Comments and Questions
Councilmember Koval responded to questions from the community.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
