Hello again. As I may not be able to attend tomorrow's meeting in person, I am requesting that the following comments are submitted both into the record, as well as distributed to each Council Member under the name "Truth", thank you.

Each comment is following each item number. There are a total of 4 separate comments (items: #2, #6, #8, #9).

If you have any questions, feel free to email me back.

Item 8: (CIP)
$5 million so John can have Bike Lanes. Nobody else is going to use ‘em.

There’s less a Gap in the connectivity of lanes more than there is a Gap in the Ridership of lanes.

No to $1.8 million being Wasted on EV Chargers.

Smart Traffic Signals versus Broken ones that stay Red for both cars and pedestrians is a good investment.

Is there No investment in sidewalk repairs, or street lights, or trash cans? I Highly recommend making at least trash cans a Top priority. Street Lights would be a close second. All 3 are Safety issues.

The CDBG Bucks could be used to buy trash cans to help prevent Blight.

And as far as the Expensive Restrooms price – The Same issue was discussed in Lemon Grove, and unfortunately, that seems to be the cost of Doing Business – Pun intended.
