Hello again. As I may not be able to attend tomorrow's meeting in person, I am requesting that the following comments are submitted both into the record, as well as distributed to each Council Member under the name "Truth", thank you.

Item 2: (Payments)
$2,354 in City Polos and Jackets – Is that 1 of each for each Council Member? That would mean they cost somewhere near $200 each. I imagine Jackets are more expensive. I’ve seen City jackets cost up to $400 each. But is the City not Cool enough to have Hats?
