Subject: Submitted Public Comments For 5/13/2026 Meeting Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 6:20:09 PM
Hey there, James!
Hope Council’s not overworking you!
Just me adding work ...with public comments on: Item 2, Item 3, NonAgenda, Item 16, Item 17, Item 18, and Item 19 for tomorrow night’s Council meeting.

Thanks as always,
-Truth
Consent:

Item 2: (Minutes)
Please note that “chem trails” is actually spelled “chemtrails” as a singular word.

Also please note that the public is not informed of WHO provided written public comment(s).

We don’t even know how many comments were submitted.

In fact, the entire process around submitting written public comment is a mystery that is missing from the City website. One has no idea what the deadline is to send comments, nor what email to use to send comments.

It’s as elusive as the full Truth in the Minutes.

Item 3: (Payments)
How is $188.04 considered “Petty Cash”?
And as much as Rob brought up “shutting down parks”, it’s obvious in every month’s payments that the City of Santee spends more on events than any City I’ve ever read the spending from.

Is there any return on that lost revenue? Is there any goal to recover some of it by encouraging visitors to attend these events, and then shop at local businesses and eat at local restaurants? I think for many years, the City’s been spending on extraneous events too freely, with no consideration of tourism, TOT, PR, and sales tax opportunities.

Instead of higher Taxes...you could’ve just been doing that, you know.

Non-Agenda:

Because I’m a firm believer in whatever is said behind someone’s back must also be said to their face, here’s part of a comment I left for Lemon Grove Council on April 26th:
“...There have been serious allegations lately on who my favorite Mayor is.

I have never publicly stated the answer. I don’t believe I’ve even considered the answer!
…But it’s definitely NOT…John Minto.

Forgive me for often selfishly including and enjoying inside jokes in the public record…especially at John's expense. ”
On the April 22nd Council meeting...

I noticed at the last meeting that when a woman brought up the topic of Chemtrails, that Carl (and potentially some on the Council?) made quite a many unhappy face.

I was there once...until I did research and found out I was wrong. Today, Geoengineering/Weather Modification (or whatever else the “experts” want to call it) is openly discussed in media, conferences, universities, Military, etc.

However, with the exception of passing a Resolution or Declaration or Proclamation, Geoengineering is not really in the Local purview like SO many would prefer.

To truly address the topic, one would have to attend a Federal Government meeting...or maybe a Military meeting...or maybe a DARPA lab about THEIR unmarked, white aircraft.
(To be clear, I’m not saying to censor anyone. I’m just rightfully pointing fingers. )
Understatement – Look into potential exploitation and fraud going on at the Woodglen Vista Apartments. Maybe refer the case(s) to the Corrupt County.

Ronn brought up the idiots at MTS. Thank you for alerting the public to their idiocy, as always. Perhaps I need to add the information you provided on their avoidance of fare payments and transparency as to yet another reason why transit fares should NOT be raised until there’s some transparency on all the Corruption going on with that abhorrent agency MTS, that has allowed increasing amounts of crime on and near their trolleys, and can’t even preserve video surveillance footage to solve the crimes.

MTS’s slogan should be: Drug Addicts ride for “Free”. Children Trafficked for “Free”. Working Class – Get Assaulted by the former 2 and Pay More for your troubles!
About the May 5th Special Meeting...

I heard about it on the news. Not from the City. Granted, I'm not signed up to any City newsletter, but it should've been Well-Advertised because what equates to a Secret Special Meeting at an earlier time is Not Transparent; does NOT build Trust with how the Tax Dollars would be spent under this Council, let alone Future Councils – Especially when it comes to suddenly wanting to spend Thousands more Tax Dollars to try to convince people of an even Higher Sales Taxes with More Consultants. “Bait & Switch” was an accurate description.

John – If you really wanted to hear more opinions, you wouldn’t have called the Sales Tax item in a Special Meeting; you would’ve spent money on Billboards advertising the meeting!
Under those circumstances, I remain opposed to any new Sales Taxes for the City of Santee, and if minimal Transparency becomes the City's direction, I hope it fails miserably.

And John – Who says “hell yeah” to new Sales Taxes ⁉ Seriously...

When Inflation and Mandates skyrocket, let’s increase Taxes to match.

Yep, that bodes well for the State of California’s 6-year population loss.

It’s a sad day when a Monkey Rob spiel is easy to agree with.

In business...

I’m SO glad to see I was correct about Better Buzz coming! See ya never, KFC!
So let’s talk traffic...Better Buzz does a killing wherever they open. And Santee already has really bad traffic. So there needs to be Traffic Mitigation BEFORE Better Buzz even gets building. I’m going to recommend that the City requires a 2 lane drive-thru, with orders also pre-taken outside. Many Better Buzz locations already do both of these things, so they’re definitely capable of implementing both for Santee. I know that location’s not a whole lot of room to work with, but they need to figure out how to fit 2 lanes in there.

Other than that, I wish even more success for Better Buzz because they certainly scored a prime location in Santee.

Oh, and related Fun Fact: I have a fun video coming soon (at:
https://Youtube.com/@TruthTonix), filmed at Better Buzz’s Imperial Beach location, where I throw in a mention of John and cookies.

Discussion:

Item 16: (592)
I would much prefer this item be written to reflect Reality – The State Wannabe Kings dictated that’s there now something called “Essential Housing” (just like they did to workers in 2020), then what “Essential Housing” is, then demanded every County and City (UnConstitutionally) implement it. Legal doesn’t mean Lawful.

There was NOTHING “Urgent” to justify passing the State Crazies’ “Essential Housing Program”, and there’s also nothing “Essential” requiring a 3 year extension, either.

If anything, it might be “Urgent” and “Essential” to dispose of the Cretins out of Public Office.

Those Non-Essential Cretins are probably the only ones that can afford all the Expensive, UGLY Stack-and-Pack Boxes they’ve been incentivizing since 2020...and yet, the housing market has only gotten more expensive...and the State’s only become more abandoned with increasing amounts of EMPTY homes.

Can’t or Won’t.

But that’s okay, everyone who’s left will come back one day and visit Santee’s 8 foot towers, increased traffic congestion, bigger potholes, and rich, transplanted Karens from LA.

All “Urgent” and “Essential” AKA BS.

Bring back steel-toed boots because I’m all out of bubblegum. (“They Live” joke, for those not cool.)
Item 17: (Safe)
If the City’s paying for these cameras, yet the Sheriff’s Office is responsible for administration, operation, and maintenance... 1) Would anyone who wants access to the footage (including the City), have to file a Public Records Request with the Sheriff’s Office? 2) How would the City be made aware if/when a camera is no longer functioning?
3) If/when the City wanted to remove a camera(s), would it require permission (or another MOU) from the Sheriff’s Office?
4) If/when a camera(s) is damaged, is the City responsible for its replacement?
And 2 broad questions:
1) Does this further the Police State Agenda?
Or create distance from the Police State Agenda?
2) Is anyone actually going to be ARRESTED and KEPT IMPRISONED for their Crimes?
If NOT, there’s no point in buying cameras or recording anything.

Item 18: (Legislative)
I’m surprised none of the 10,000 Bad Bills were mentioned by name. I guess John will take a few hours bringing up just a few of the bad ones from Pervert Scott Weiner.

In a simplistic way...

Local Control – Yes
State Mandates – No
Housing – No
Free Market America – Yes
Grants for Parks – Yes
Public Safety through Fire Management Response and Law Enforcement Officers – Yes
Permanent Pothole Fixes – Yes
With added Bike Lanes – No
State fixing its crumbling bridges and highways – Yes
With Toll Lanes – No
Anything from Pervert Scott Weiner – No
Item 19: (Pavement)
Looks like a good mix on the street repair choices.

Good job on the Engineer’s Overestimation. lol
“Better safe than sorry”~
