At 5:00 p.m., the City Council held a Closed Session for a conference with Labor Negotiators in the Linda Callon Conference Room.

Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority Board of Directors – stated the Board held a Special Meeting to discuss Reach Codes.

West Valley Mayors and City Managers Association – stated the discussion focused on emergency preparedness and the steps cities are taking, and public safety in general.
CITY COUNCIL ITEMS
Walia/Aftab requested that staff collaborate with County fire to identify a process with which to add additional areas to the FHSZ maps.
Aftab/Fitzsimmons requested discussion of AI guidelines for City staff.
COUNCIL COMMUNICATIONS
Council Member Fitzsimmons discussed her recent visit to our Friendship City, New Taipei City.
