SARATOGA CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
At 5:00 p.m., the City Council held a Closed Session in the Linda Callon Conference Room for Conference with Labor Negotiators.
Mayor Aftab invited public comment.

At 6:00 p.m., the City Council held a Joint Session with the Planning Commission.

REPORT ON POSTING OF THE AGENDA
The City Clerk reported the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on June 19, 2025.
Chair Kausar stated she owns property within 500 feet of the project and left the dais at this time.

Village Objective Design Standards Study Session
Recommended Action:
Receive preliminary findings related to the City’s Village Design Standards project and provide feedback for incorporation into a Final Analysis and Recommendations Memo.
Monica Szydlik, from Lisa Wise Consulting, and Cindy McCormick, Planning Manager, presented the staff report.
