Mayor Page called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

ALSO PRESENT: Leslie Arroyo, Acting City Manager
Richard Taylor, City Attorney
Ryan Hinchman, Administrative Services Director

The Executive Assistant reported the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on April 26 , 2026.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Page stated the City Council held a Closed Session earlier in the evening with no reportable action.

Saratoga Law Enforcement Options
Recommended Action:
Provide staff with further direction on Council priorities for law enforcement services in Saratoga.
Leslie Arroyo, Acting City Manager and Ryan Hinchman Administrative Services Director , presented the staff report.
Mayor Page invited public comment.
