05.070), discarded materials containers (section 7-05.050), special event permits for block parties (section 10-10.010), designation of the advisory agency for tentative map and parcel map approval (section 14-05.040 and new section 14-05.045), the table of street classifications (section 14-10.290), processing of planning applications (section 15-05.075), definition of personal service business (section 15-06.585), housing on faith and higher education lands (article 15-23), abatement of illegal signs (section 15-30.190), design review (article 15-45), water efficient landscaping requirements (section 15-47.010), tree regulations (article 15-50), accessory dwelling units (section 15-06.240 and Article 15-56), urban lot splits (section 15-57.050), single-family dwelling design standards (section 15-59.010), the Saratoga Village boundary (section 15-62.010), accessory uses and structures in residential districts (section 15-80.030), state Density Bonus Law compliance (Article 15-81), inclusionary housing requirements (sections 15-82.030 and 15-82.090), appeals from ministerial acts (new section 15-90.025), and adopting new section 17 -10.055 concerning Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance requirements; and direct staff to place the ordinance on the consent calendar for adoption at the next regular meeting of the City Council.
