The special meeting of February 11, 2022 was called to order by Mayor Kellman at 12:01 p.m. via Zoom.

Mayor Kellman announced that the following item would be discussed in Closed Session:
B.1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – Existing Litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (1) Name of Case: Sausalito/Marin County Chapter of the California Homeless Union v. City of Sausalito USDC No.
District of Ca. Case No. 3:21-cv-01143-LB
Mayor Kellman indicated that Councilmember Blaustein was present and was joining via telephone.

Vice Mayor Blaustein moved, seconded by Vice Councilmember Hoffman to approve the agenda. The motion was carried unanimously by roll call.
