The special meeting of March 18, 2022 was called to order by Mayor Kellman at 12:02 p.m. via Zoom.

PRESENT: Councilmembers: Sobieski(Via Zoom), Cleveland-Knowles(Via Zoom), Vice Mayor Blaustein(Via Zoom), Mayor Kellman(Via Zoom)
ABSENT: Councilmembers: Hoffman
Mayor Kellman Announced that Councilmember Hoffman would be joining in closed session

Mayor Kellman announced that the following item would be discussed in Closed Session:

Vice Mayor Blaustein moved, seconded by Councilmember ClevelandKnowles to approve the agenda. The motion was carried unanimously by roll call.
