I. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of June 3, 2022 was called to order by Mayor Kellman at 8:04 A.M. via Zoom.

PRESENT: Councilmembers: Sobieski (Via Zoom), Cleveland-Knowles (Via Zoom), Hoffman (Via Zoom), Vice Mayor Blaustein (Via Zoom), Mayor Kellman (Via Zoom)
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
I.B. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Councilmember Hoffman moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Blaustein, to approve the agenda. The motion was carried unanimously by roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Sobieski, Cleveland-Knowles, Hoffman, Vice Mayor Blaustein, Mayor Kellman
NOES: Councilmembers: None
ABSTAIN: Councilmembers: None
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None
1. BUSINESS ITEM
1.A. Discussion of the City of Sausalito 2022-23 Draft Budget and Revised Budget Calendar.
Council received a presentation from Chris Zapata, City Manager, on the 2022-23 Revised Budget and Calendar. Vivian Chu, Finance Director, provided further clarification on the contents of the staff report.
Council comments and questions followed.

Council provided direction and staff and is to comeback with additional amendments to be made to the proposed draft budget.
