The Special meeting of June 21st 2022 was called to order by Mayor Kellman at 08:00 AM by a telephonic Zoom meeting.

PRESENT: Councilmembers: Sobieski (VIA ZOOM), Jill Hoffman (VIA ZOOM), Cleveland-Knowles (VIA ZOOM), Vice- Mayor Blaustein (VIA ZOOM), Mayor Kellman (VIA ZOOM)
ABSENT: Councilmembers: None

I.D APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Vice Mayor Blaustein moved, seconded by Councilmember Hoffman to approve the agenda. Motion was carried unanimously by roll call vote:
