The Special meeting of August 1st, 2022 was called to order by Mayor Kellman at 10:00 AM by a telephonic Zoom meeting.

PRESENT: Councilmembers: Jill Hoffman (VIA ZOOM), Cleveland-Knowles (VIA DIRECT PHONE), Vice- Mayor Blaustein (VIA ZOOM), Mayor Kellman (VIA ZOOM)
ABSENT: Councilmembers: Ian Sobieski
