SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of May 23, 2023 was called to order by Mayor Blaustein at 5:45 p.m., with the meeting conducted via in-person and Zoom.

Councilmember Kellman
Vice-Mayor Sobieski
Mayor Blaustein
Councilmember Cox stated that she would have to participate remotely due to emergency circumstances.
Moved by Vice Mayor Sobieski, seconded by Councilmember Kellman, and unanimously carried (Councilmember Hoffman being absent), the City Council approved Councilmember Cox's remote participation.
BUSINESS ITEMS
2.A. Adopt Resolution to Cure and Correct with Respect to Council Action on April 11, 2023, On Agenda Item 8.C, "Appointments to Boards, Commissions and Committees" to reappoint Planning Commissioners Kristina Feller and Richard Graef, confirm continued service of planning commissioners, and ratify all Planning Commission Decisions from January 1, 2021 to present Moved by Vice Mayor Sobieski, seconded by Councilmember Kellman, and unanimously carried (Councilmember Hoffman being absent), the City Council adopted Resolution 34-2023.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Blaustein adjourned the meeting at 5:48 p.m.
