CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Sobieski at 8:10 a.m., with the meeting conducted via in-person and Zoom.

2. STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS CITY GOALS, SAUSALITO 2020- 2026
STRATEGIC PLAN, STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES/OPPORTUNITIES/THREATS REVIEW, CITY
FINANCES, CITY COUNCIL PRIORITIES
2.A. Public Comment
Babette McDougal, Sharna Brockett, Kieran Culligan, Vicki Nichols, Scott Thornberg, and Adrian Brinton provided public comments.
2.B. Strategic Planning Workshop To Discuss City Goals, Sausalito 2020- 2026 Strategic Plan, Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats Review, City Finances, City Council Priorities
Amy Howorth, Governance and Leadership with MRG Solutions, Sergio Rudin, City Attorney, and Chris Zapata, City Manager, made a presentation and responded to questions and responded to questions posed by the City Council.
The City Council conducted the strategic planning workshop to discuss city goals, the Sausalito 2020- 2026 strategic plan, strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats review, city finances, and other city council priorities.
2.C. Public Comment
Sunshine, Linda Fotsch, Vicki Nichols, Sharna Brockett, and Sybil Boutilier provided public comments.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sobieski adjourned the meeting at 12:20 p.m.
