Seek further discussion regarding Ferry Landside, the Median, and Gabrielson Park.

Move the Gabrielson Stage project to a future year.
The proposed installation of bollards at the end of Bridgeway near Richardson should be moved out a year unless outside funding can be found to support the installation of the bollards. Specifically, if the funding associated with the Bridgeway bike lanes can be utilized for the installation of these devices.
This CIP and Future CIP's should be structured to show the amount of available funds in each budget center to allow the council to determine if a project can be included based on available funding.
Investigate the condition of the roadway at Montimar and at Woodward to determine if these sections of road should be included in the 2025 resurfacing project.

In future reports council requested that specific project items such as whether to develop a resolution of support for the Bridgeway Bike Lanes not be included in the CIP document but rather separate out that issue as a separate item for council to discuss and provide direction.
Furthermore, the City Council provided comments on the Bridgeway Bike Lane project noting that a letter should be sent to MTC requesting that a letter of support not be required until the conceptual plan has been developed and approved by the Council. In addition, Council noted that additional mid-block crossings are needed on this section of roadway and if possible, the timeline for the conceptual plan development should be expedited.
