1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cox at 5:45 p.m., with the meeting conducted via in person and Zoom and the following members were present:
Councilmember Blaustein
Gice Mayor Woods an
Mayor Cox
Absent: Councilmember Sobieski
Interviews for the Disaster Preparedness Committee and Sustainability Commission The City Council conducted interviews with Wilford H. Welch, Eric Liddle, Alexander Shoer, Illina Frankiv, and Camile P. Langlois Loveman.
Il. CLOSED SESSION
Vice Mayor Woodside made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Blaustein, and unanimously carried (Councilmember Sobieski being absent), to add a closed session item concerning safety and security of the City's operations.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant Exposure to Litigation (Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (2): Two Cases The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:15 p.m.
III. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Cox reconvened the meeting at 6:44 p.m. and stated that the City Council meeting will be adjourned and continued to March 18, 2025, at 7:00 pm due to a cyberattack on the city.

Mayor Cox adjourned the meeting at 6:44 p.m.
