CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, AND APPROVAL OF REMOTE PARTICIPATION The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cox at 3:06 p.m. and the following members were present:
Councilmember Blaustein
Councilmember Hoffman (absent)
Councilmember Sobieski
Vice Mayor Woodside (remote)
Mayor Cox
2. CLOSED SESSION
C1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property: 558 Bridgeway, Sausalito CA, APN 065-172-12 and APN 065-172-15 Agency negotiator: City Manager, City Attorney
Negotiating parties: Bridgeway 558 Real Property, LLC
Under negotiation: Price, Terms of Payment
Fred Moore and Kass Green provided public comments.
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 3:09 p.m. then reopened at 3:12 p.m. for additional public comments, and then adjourned back to Closed Session at 3:14 p.m.
3. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened at 3:48 p.m.
There was no reportable action from Closed Session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Cox adjourned the meeting at 3:48 p.m.
