The City Council meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM
CONVENE TO CLOSED SESSION
CLOSED SESSION SUBJECT(S)
The City Council convened to closed session at 6:40 PM to discuss the following items:
(1) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9, the City Council met in closed session to confer with the legal counsel regarding existing litigation, the cases are:
(1) Ball v. City of Scotts Valley 21CV01948; and (2) Ball v. City Council of the City of Scotts Valley 21CV01448.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to open session at 7:05 PM.
