CALL TO ORDER
The City Council meeting was called to order at 9:47 PM.
CONVENE TO CLOSED SESSION
CLOSED SESSION SUBJECT(S)
The City Council convened to closed session at 9:47 PM to discuss the following items:
(1) Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), the City Council met in closed session to confer with the legal counsel regarding potential litigation – 2 cases.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to open session at 10:00 PM.

Mayor Lind reported that Council confirmed the settlement that was approved by Monterey Bay Area Self Insurance Authority (MBASIA) for two workers compensation cases.
