1. Scotts Valley Little League Donation and Award Contract for Installation of Turf at Baseball Field
City Manager LaGoe presented this item and responded to questions from the Council.
Public Comment was received from Eric Schottgen, a representative from Scotts Valley Little League. Mr. Schottgen thanked the Council and staff for the time and effort spent on making this project happen.
The Council Members thanked the members of the Little League for the generous donation and thanked the staff for their work on this project.

To authorize the City Manager to award and execute an agreement with K&D Landscaping, Inc. in a form acceptable to the City Attorney after the expiration of the protest period and lack of protests and conditioned upon receipt of donated funds from Little League; and accept the donation from Little League for the infield artificial turf project and authorize the City Manager to sign the Donation Agreement between the City and Little League.
