SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION OF FEE ADJUSTMENTS FOR VARIOUS CITY FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 11, 2024.
Documentation regarding the above stated fee adjustments will be available for public review by contacting the Finance Department at City Hall by phone at 831-440-5614 or by email at [email protected].

If you challenge the above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Scotts Valley (1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley) at, or prior to, the close of the public review period.
All interested persons are invited to attend the foregoing Public Hearing or send their written comments to the City Clerk, City Hall, 1 Civic Center Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066. Written comments must be received by 5:00 PM on the date of the public hearing.
